If you ever need to contact customer support, you can do so from the Settings screen in the Choice app.
Navigate to Settings by selecting the Settings icon at the bottom of the left sidebar on large format screens, or selecting the Settings icon in the bottom navigation bar on smaller format screens.
Under Help on the Settings screen you will see a prompt to Contact Support. Select this prompt to launch a new chat window.
After the Support window opens, you have a few options:
Self-Service Knowledge Base
Enter keywords for your topic into the "Search for help" bar.
Select "Send us a message" > select "Something else" > select "I still need help..."
Complete the remaining intake fields so we can pair you with the right agent - you will be prompted to select a Product Area, Urgency and to submit a description of your question or support matter.
Live agents are available from Monday through Friday between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Central time. If your message comes outside of these hours, one of our agents will respond to you once we are back online.
