To view or update your contact information (email, phone number or mailing address), navigate to the Settings screen of the Choice app.

Navigate to Settings by selecting the Settings icon at the bottom of the left sidebar on large format screens, or selecting the Settings icon in the bottom navigation bar on smaller format screens.

On the Settings page you can see the contact information that is currently on file for your account. If you want to update your contact information, select the prompt for the contact method that you want to update and follow the guided pop-up steps to submit a updated information.
