Depositories do normally allow clients to visit the depository.

Client visits must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance and must originate with Choice. The client will be asked to provide Choice with a copy of their ID, make and model of their vehicle, vehicle license plate number, and any other information that the specific depository might require.

A fee will be charged, the amount varying by depository.

If a client has multiple metals of the same type, brand, and weight, the depository may only bring one or a few of those metals to the window for the client to examine.

Metals are audited after the client's visit before being placed back into the holding area.
