How do I transfer an asset out of my account?

Your new custodian will need to provide Choice / Digital Trust with their transfer documents. Please contact support for further assistance.

Please note: Due to a recent policy change from Interactive Brokers, we are not able to process in-kind transfers for public securities at this time. This applies to both incoming and outgoing transfers.

Clients that wish to transfer public securities will need to sell their positions before moving the cash proceeds into or out of Choice | Digital Trust.
